et les allocations de fonds suppl\u00e9mentaires sp\u00e9cifiques aux gouvernements de comt\u00e9 en fournissant tout d&rsquo;abord une vue descriptive du processus de budg\u00e9tisation et d&rsquo;autorisation, y compris l&rsquo;identification des points, des personnes, des unit\u00e9s, du cadre juridique et des calendriers des flux de ressources.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude documentaire, ce rapport fournit un diagramme de flux des ressources pour tous les secteurs identifi\u00e9s dans les comt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, ce rapport montre comment les
