d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et de gestion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique dans les sous-secteurs de la biomasse, du p\u00e9trole, du gaz et de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de la gestion globale de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Il utilise des mesures bien connues de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, comme dans le sous-secteur du p\u00e9trole et du gaz, ainsi que de nouvelles dimensions de la gestion de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique dans les sous-secteurs de la biomasse et de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le document propose un cadre institutionnel pour les fonctions de suivi, d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation et d&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement de rapports sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;approvisionnement en biomasse, en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9, en p\u00e9trole et en gaz, ainsi que
