Climatiques au Kenya (KCCWG) va au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019influence des politiques au niveau national et s\u2019\u00e9tend \u00e9galement \u00e0 la planification du d\u00e9veloppement et des contextes strat\u00e9giques qui int\u00e8grent les efforts d\u2019adaptation et d\u2019att\u00e9nuation des changements climatiques aux niveaux des comt\u00e9s et du gouvernement national.<\/p>\n<p>En travaillant dans l\u2019esprit de la d\u00e9centralisation \u00e9manant de la Constitution k\u00e9nyane de 2010, le KCCWG d\u00e9fend les ressources substantielles afin d\u2019unifier et de renforcer les voix de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile au niveau des comt\u00e9s et renforcer leurs capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019engager sur les questions de changements climatiques au plan local avec leurs gouvernements de comt\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ce plan strat\u00e9gique pluriannuel propose de veiller \u00e0 ce que les orientations du KCCWG r\u00e9pondent aux besoins et aux attentes des parties prenantes au changement climatique (ascendant) au Kenya et prenne en compte le contexte de d\u00e9centralisation et comment il se traduit en d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 la
