k\u00e9nyane de 2010, la politique l\u00e9gale et le cadre institutionnel au Kenya reconnait et soutient, ou nuit aux droits et responsabilit\u00e9s des communaut\u00e9s \u00e0 gouverner et \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger leurs sites naturels sacr\u00e9s et territoires en fonction de leur syst\u00e8me de gouvernance coutumi\u00e8re et selon leurs propres modalit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce rapport est une contribution importante \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension de la Constitution k\u00e9nyane de 2010 et d\u2019autres lois nationales. Il renforce la reconnaissance et le soutien \u00e0 la protection communautaire des sites naturels sacr\u00e9s en fonction de leurs syst\u00e8mes de gouvernance coutumi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, il pr\u00e9sente la progression du syst\u00e8me judiciaire k\u00e9nyan vers la reconnaissance des principes du droit foncier et d\u00e9finit le cadre d\u2019\u00e9laboration des lois afin de radicalement modeler la gestion de l\u2019environnement dans ce pays et au-del\u00e0. Les sites naturels sacr\u00e9s constituent des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes \u00e9cologiques, culturels et spirituels importants sur la terre et dont la protection par les d\u00e9positaires communautaires et le respect par tous sont non n\u00e9gociables, pour la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations pr\u00e9sentes et futures.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div  class='flex_column
