guid\u00e9 par le but, les objectifs et les principes de l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 intergouvernementale pour le d\u00e9veloppement (IGAD). Le but principal de l\u2019IGAD est d\u2019\u00e9tendre les domaines de coop\u00e9ration r\u00e9gionale, accroitre la d\u00e9pendance de ses membres les uns vis-\u00e0-vis des autres et promouvoir les politiques de paix et de stabilit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion pour assurer leur s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, la gestion durable de l\u2019environnement et le d\u00e9veloppement durable.<\/p>\n<p>Le plan directeur est par la suite inform\u00e9 par le Programme Minimum d\u2019Int\u00e9gration (PMI) de l\u2019Union Africaine (UA), un instrument qui vise \u00e0 atteindre l\u2019objectif g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Communaut\u00e9 \u00c9conomique Africaine.<\/p>\n<p>En plus, \u00e0 travers le Plan d\u2019action pour le tourisme en Afrique de 2004 du NEPAD, l\u2019UA reconnait le r\u00f4le important que peut jouer le tourisme dans le d\u00e9veloppement socio-\u00e9conomique et la lutte contre la pauvret\u00e9 et qu\u2019\u00e0 travers les activit\u00e9s transfrontali\u00e8res, elle peut
