C&rsquo;est pourquoi ce rapport propose d&rsquo;augmenter les ressources allou\u00e9es aux gouvernements des comt\u00e9s afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la fourniture de services et d&rsquo;aider les enfants les plus vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n<p>Il souligne \u00e9galement l&rsquo;importance d&rsquo;une utilisation efficace des finances publiques, en insistant sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une gestion financi\u00e8re fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es probantes et d&rsquo;une augmentation des investissements dans les secteurs essentiels au bien-\u00eatre des enfants. L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate de suivi des d\u00e9penses publiques (ESDP) est un outil essentiel pour identifier les domaines d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration et s&rsquo;assurer que les fonds parviennent aux b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires pr\u00e9vus.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude appelle \u00e0 des efforts collectifs de la part des institutions, des agences gouvernementales et des partenaires au d\u00e9veloppement afin de donner la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 des d\u00e9penses publiques efficaces, ce qui, en fin de compte, cr\u00e9era un avenir meilleur pour les enfants du Kenya et favorisera le d\u00e9veloppement
