L&rsquo;accord de la ZLECAF compl\u00e8te ces documents de politique et de strat\u00e9gie dans des domaines tels que les cadres juridiques et institutionnels, les instruments de facilitation du commerce et les contr\u00f4les transfrontaliers. Le processus d&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de la strat\u00e9gie a donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 de vastes consultations nationales, garantissant la participation des secteurs public, priv\u00e9 et associatif \u00e0 la promotion et au d\u00e9veloppement des activit\u00e9s commerciales. Bien que les r\u00e9centes r\u00e9formes socio-\u00e9conomiques aient eu un impact positif sur l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie du Burundi, le pays reste confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis tels que des taux de croissance n\u00e9gatifs et un taux de pauvret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9. Malgr\u00e9 ces d\u00e9fis, le rapport souligne le potentiel du pays \u00e0 attirer les Investissements Directs \u00c9trangers (IDE), compte tenu de son potentiel touristique et de son acc\u00e8s pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel aux march\u00e9s. Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, le rapport fournit une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e du potentiel de croissance \u00e9conomique du Burundi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 la
