Le rapport examine les politiques et les programmes r\u00e9ussis de diff\u00e9rents pays, identifie les facteurs critiques de succ\u00e8s et les meilleures pratiques, et recommande 12 cat\u00e9gories pour am\u00e9liorer les capacit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles des voies navigables en Afrique de l&rsquo;Est. Il souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un leadership, de changements politiques, d&rsquo;une coordination et de cadres de coop\u00e9ration pour r\u00e9ussir. Il met \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence le potentiel de la navigation int\u00e9rieure pour soutenir la mise en \u0153uvre de la Zone de libre-\u00e9change continentale africaine. Les conclusions de ce rapport sont pr\u00e9cieuses pour les d\u00e9cideurs politiques, les investisseurs et les parties prenantes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es par le d\u00e9veloppement des voies navigables
