Ces images soulignent la mani\u00e8re dont RES4Africa promeut activement l&rsquo;inclusion et la participation des femmes dans le secteur et mettent l&rsquo;accent sur le besoin critique d&rsquo;un plus grand nombre de femmes et de filles dans l&rsquo;enseignement des STIM pour propulser la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l&rsquo;Afrique.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;approche de 2050, on estime que les femmes constitueront une part importante de la main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre dans le secteur de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et qu&rsquo;il est essentiel de tirer parti de leurs comp\u00e9tences et de leur expertise pour mener \u00e0 bien la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. \u00c0 travers ces infographies, RES4Africa cherche \u00e0 encourager les femmes et les parties prenantes du secteur de
