la cr\u00e9ation de microentreprises dans le cadre de l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie bleue k\u00e9nyane. S&rsquo;appuyant sur son exp\u00e9rience et les enseignements tir\u00e9s des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes initiatives en faveur des jeunes entrepreneurs, TechnoServe, par le biais de BlueBiz, vise 15 000 jeunes entrepreneurs dans les comt\u00e9s c\u00f4tiers du Kenya en vue de promouvoir la croissance des micro, petites et moyennes entreprises (MPME) en tant que moyen de diminuer la pauvret\u00e9. Le programme met l&rsquo;accent sur le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au financement, les liens avec le march\u00e9 et le renforcement du leadership des participants. En collaborant avec des organisations et des acteurs locaux, TechnoServe souhaite utiliser le programme BlueBiz pour favoriser des opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques durables et renforcer la
