from the execution of the first Strategic Plan. The focus is on two main themes: Service Delivery and Growth and Sustainability. The Service Delivery theme aims to enhance the patient experience through empathic engagement, responsiveness, and joined-up services, while the Growth and Sustainability theme considers expanding services in the region, growing membership, and improving financial viability.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation of the Plan is supported by the firm&#8217;s competitive advantage, but challenges such as the lack of EMS policies, poor infrastructure, and global economic recession must be addressed. The Plan prioritizes patient-centricity and digital technology to improve service delivery. The firm plans to expand operations to Rwanda, the Gambia, Mozambique, Madagascar, and Equatorial Guinea by 2025.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div  class='flex_column
