Centennial Vision 2060 (CV2060) is Somalia’s bold national roadmap to become a peaceful, prosperous, and proud upper middle-income country by 2060—its independence centenary. Rooted in nationwide consultations and Somali realities, the Vision promotes unity, home-grown solutions, and national interest. The report outlines transformative pathways for inclusive governance, resilient economic growth, social cohesion, and environmental sustainability. Spearheaded by the National Economic Council with support from local and international partners, CV2060 calls on all Somalis—at home and abroad—to be active stakeholders. With shared commitment and visionary leadership, Somalia aims to overcome its past and shape a brighter, more resilient future for generations to come.
